Harker Herbals - Immune Tonic 500ml

A Malcolm Harker original tonic of 12 harmonious herbs and essentail oils to support the body's natural immune response, especially when rundown and feeling tired. Formulated in a traditional North American style, this tonic includes echinacea purpurea, thyme and horehound, traditionally used to support everyday immune health and long term recovery for those prone to immune challenges. Not suitable to take while pregnant or breastfeeding.

This is an original Malcolm Harker tonic. Malcolm recommended:

• taking this tonic straight, or added to 50ml of boiled water as a tea
• avoiding mucus forming foods such as gluten, egg-white, chocolate, dairy, polyunsaturated oils and regular table salt
• adopting gluten-free grain foods, whole foods (greens, fruits nuts, seeds), unprocessed coconut oil and Celtic & NZ Sea Salt with Kelp
  
  With all his tonics, Malcolm also recommended using Intestinal Cleanse for 1-2 weeks to reduce parasite populations. By reducing the load on the body of parasites, the body is able to use nutrients from food and the active ingredients in his tonics more efficiently.
