Terms & Conditions:

General instructions on how to take the supplements, liquid herbs and therapeutic skincare products,

• Always take supplements after food or as directed.
• If you experience unpleasant symptoms, stop taking the product and contact us asap.
• Liquid Herbals have a strong flavour. Please dilute and flavour to suit your taste and NEVER take straight – your mouth and taste buds will love you for it.

Refunds and Returns:

• We do not refund any opened bottles unless there is a obvious medical or product issue.
• Returns as a credit are accepted with in 3 days of purchase and instore, providing the product is not damaged.
• Returns of Liquid Herbals is not accepted.

Change of health status and the health products you take

• Contact us if your medications or diagnosis change as some medications are not complimentary to herbal medicine and nutritional supplements.

Guarantees of health outcomes:

There are complex reasons why a disease or diagnosis of a health problem has occurred and no one method of treatment is necessarily full proof.  The maintaining cause of illness may be a result of lifestyle, stress and difficulty in having adequate food and healthy living conditions. Therefore:

• Bodywise cannot make any guarantees that our products and advice will improve your health.
