2 Soft Gels provide:

  • EPA 650mg
  • DHA 450mg
  • Other Omega-3s 180mg 

Other Ingredients: Purified deep sea fish oil (sardines and anchovies), soft gel capsule (gelatin, glycerine, water, natural lemon flavour), natural lemon flavour, d-alpha tocopherol, rosemary extract (a natural preservative).

Dosage 

  • Adults: Take two soft gels daily, with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional
