Do you charge extra for rural shipping ?
The extra cost associated with rural delivery is an average of $15 per order, and we used to cover this because getting our products to people is so important to us!

Do you ship internationally ?
Sorry but we only ship within New Zealand at this stage.

How long will it take for my order to arrive ?
1-3 working days New Zealand wide with rural deliveries typically taking another couple of working days and more charges.

What if my parcel is damaged ?
Please take a photo and email it to info@bodywiseherbaldispensary.co.nz and we’ll replace your order. We usually package things well so this rarely happens!

Do you offer Click & Collect ?
Yes! We offer Click & Collect on all purchases. Simply order your goods, select Click & Collect at checkout.
