Weleda - Arnica 30c, 100 Tablets

How to use: Adults/Children: Dissolve 2 tablets in the mouth four times daily, at least 15 minutes before a meal, or as directed. In acute cases repeat ¼ to ½ hourly up to 6 doses. Reduce the frequency of doses as required.
