Our Arnica Cream helps to soothe bruises and other acute injuries such as bumps, sprains and strains.

  • Arnica Oil and Extract helps to ease swelling and discomfort from acute injuries.
  • Our Japanese Menthol Mint Extract combines with Cayenne Pepper Extract to encourage circulation to the affected area and activating heat receptors within your body to aid with pain relief.
  • Rosemary Essential Oil is an analgesic (pain reliever) and soothes swelling to help minimise injuries, strains and sprains naturally.
  • Suitable for use during pregnancy.

How to use: Apply to affected areas as needed as soon as possible after the injury has occurred.
