Boswellia Complex contains Boswellia to support joint health and additional herbs to relieve inflammation.

• Boswellia supports joint health and relieves inflammation
• Celery seed is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine:
  - to relieve symptoms of mild osteoarthritis such as aches and symptoms of occasional episodes of gout - as an anti-inflammatory
• An antioxidant formula which helps to decrease free radical damage to body cells

Ingredients

Each tablet contains:    

• Boswellia serrata (Boswellia) extract    277 mgnderived from min. gum oleoresin dry    1.9 g stand. to contain boswellic acids 180 mg    
• Curcuma longa (Turmeric) extract    80 mg derived from min. rhizome dry    2 g
  stand. to contain curcuminoids 76 mg    
• Apium graveolens (Celery) extract    2 mL derived from fruit dry    1 g
• Zingiber officinale (Ginger) extract  600 micrlitre derived from rhizome dry    300 mg

Dosage

•  Adults: 1 tablet 2-4 times daily
