Ingredients

• Each 180mcL dose (1 spray) contains:
• Colecalciferol    25 micrograms equiv. to vitamin D1000 IU
• Menaquinone 7 (vitamin K2)    45 micrograms

Dosage

• Adults: 1 spray (180 microlitres) into the mouth once a day, or as professionally prescribed. Shake well before use.

• Vitamin D is contraindicated in hypercalcaemia.
• Vitamin D is not to be taken in sarcoidosis or hyperparathyroidism without medical supervision.
• Vitamin D can possibly interfere with the action of calcium channel blockers, caution advised.
• People on blood thinners should talk to their doctor before taking vitamin K. It may interfere with anticoagulants such as warfarin.
