Product uses
Take 5 drops daily, best added to muesli or a bread crust. Very neutral taste.
Skincare
Add up to 5% (i.e. up to 5ml if your final blend is 100ml) of Evening Primrose oil when blending your facial oils.
Skin irritation
A nurturing oil to apply to sensitive, dry and itchy skin.
Salad Dressing
Add 10mls to your pre-made 1L salad dressing, keep refrigerated. Use daily.
Menstrual support
Blend 25 drops with 5 drops of Woman Support blend and massage into the small of your back to offer comfort during pre-menstrual and menstrual phases.
