• Bupleurum falcatum extract     150 mg derived from dry root    1.5 g
• Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) 208.33 mg derived from dry root 2.5g
• Rhodiola rosea extract     75 mg derived from dry root     600 mg
• Tocopherols concentrate – mixed (low alpha type)     75 mg
• Pyridoxal-5-phosphate monohydrate 23.5 mg equiv. pyridoxine    15 mg
• Zinc (as Zinc citrate dehydrate)     15 mg
• Iodine (as Potassium iodide)    149 microgram
• Selenium (as Selenomethionine) 

Dosage

• Adults: Take 1 tablet daily for general support of healthy female hormonal balance; or 1 tablet daily for the first half of the female hormonal cycle and then 2 tablets daily for second half of the female hormonal cycle, or as directed by your health professional.
