Dosage

• Adults: 1 tablet only 2-3 times daily with meals.

Chromium (as Chromium nicotinate) 14 micrograms
Total elemental Chromium 223 micrograms
Gymnema sylvestre (Gymnema) extract 200 mg derived from leaf dry 3.2 g
standardised to gymnemic acids 50 mg
Zinc (as zinc gluconate) 15 mg
Calcium pantothenate 100 mg
Manganese (as Manganese amino acid chelate) 2 mg
Magnesium (as magnesium phosphate pentahydrate) 22 mg
Selenium (as Selenomethionine) 8 micrograms
Nicotinamide 50 mg
Nicotinic acid 20 mg
Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 150 micrograms
Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vit. B6) 50 mg
