Bodywise Herbal Tonic - AllergyEase

Herbal Allergy Ease Liquid herbal tonics are used to ease seasonal symptoms associated with itchy and runny eye and noses, sore throats, and general discomfort and sluggish thinking

Contains between 30 - 60% Alcohol: plant alcohol may be reduced if diluted with boiling water

Ingredients include: Albizzia, Euphrasia, Nettle leaf, Baical skullcap, Plantago, Echinacea blend

Take as directed on the bottle or as advised.

Avoid if taking anti-histamine medication

• Suitable for children over 5 years diluted in juice and at half the dose or adults in amount and frequency
• Suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding mothers.
• If you have sensitivity to any of the herbs above do not purchase this product.

Always take as directed and always diluted in juice or water.

Dose: For short term use only

Acute dose - take 1/2 a teaspoon (2.5 mls) 2 - 4 hourly for the first 12 hours, then 4 - 6 hourly for 48 hours.

As symptoms subside take 5mls twice daily for several days then as needed
