Our Magnesium Marine provides an easily absorbed, concentrated dose of elemental magnesium, in powder or capsule form.  It's a good idea to supplement your diet with Magnesium Marine as factors such as stress and a highly processed diet may deplete your magnesium levels, limiting your ability to function at your best. 

This natural magnesium is sustainably sourced from naturally derived marine saltwater extracted from the clean waters off the Irish coast. Seawater naturally contains magnesium salts. Directions

POWDER
Adults: 1g (1/3 teaspoon), 1-2 times daily
Mix into water or juice
Drink plenty of water
