Withania Complex contains Withania traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine as a calminative and nervine and to relieve sleeplessness. In addition, Korean Ginseng and Withania are traditionally used in Western herbal medicine as adaptogens to help the body better adapt to stress.

Dosage
Adults: Take 1 tablet 3 to 6 times daily.
