Orthoplex WL - Glutamine 250g

Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in the body.

Adult Dose
Take 1/2 a teaspoon per day (approx. 1900mg) or as recommended by your registered healthcare practitioner (1 metric teaspoon (5mL) is approximately 3.7g).

Each half 5ml metric teaspoon serve (1900mg) contains:
