Atlantic Dulse is a red seaweed, full of minerals and nutrients. It has a wonderful naturally smoky, salty flavour which has earned it the name 'the vegan bacon'.  The Dulse is harvested from an organically certified area, air dried to preserve nutrient density and tested for contaminants.

Atlantic Dulse comes in leaf or flake form. The Dulse Flakes are also smoked to create a delicous seasoning which won a gold medal in the 2023 Outstanding Food Producers awards!

Ingredients:  Dulse (Palmaria palmata) seaweed 100%.

Country of Origin: Grown in EU (Ireland or France). Packed in New Zealand.*

We work with harvesters operating in an organically certified area. We test our seaweeds for contaminants according to the ANZ Food Code.

Storage: Dulse is light sensitive and may lighten in colour if exposed to sunlight for extended periods of time.  Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.  Seaweeds are hygroscopic, meaning they absorb moisture from the air, so seal securely once opened.

Allergens: MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF: Crustacea, Fish, Molluscs.

Warnings: Contains naturally occurring iodine. Excessive consumption may exceed recommended daily dietary intakes which could have adverse effects.
