    Dosage

    Adults: Take 1 scoop (5.7g) in 200mL of water, once daily in the evening, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

    Each dose (5.7g) contains:

    Magnesium glycinate dihydrate (Meta Mag® - Magnesium bisglycinate) 3 g
    Equivalent Magnesium 300 mg
    Ornithine monohydrochloride 400 mg
    Lutein 20 mg
    Zeaxanthin 4 mg
    Withania somnifera (Sensoril™ Ashwagandha), 250mg consisting of:
    Withania somnifera, dry root extract 125 mg Derived from dry root 625 mg
    Withania somnifera, dry leaf extract 125 mg Derived from dry leaf 625 mg

    Free from:

    Animal products, Dairy protein, Lactose, Eggs, Gluten, Wheat, Nuts, Yeast, Soy protein, Artificial colours, Artificial sweeteners, Artificial flavours, Artificial preservatives.
