Apple cider vinegar is known for its ability to aid digestion and balance blood sugar and ginger, garlic, kawakawa and horopito all support a healthy immune system. Made with versatility in mind, this warming tonic is perfect mixed with hot or cold water.

Ingredients:

Organic raw apple cider vinegar, Onion, Ginger, Cayenne,Turmeric, Honey, Kawakawa, Horopito, Horseradish, Thyme, Rosehips, Usnea, Rosemary, Oregano, Parsley, Nasturtium, Mustard seed, Bay leaf, Apple, Orange,Carrot,White pepper, Marlborough sea salt

Dosage:

Adults and children: Dilute 5ml (child) or up to 10 ml (adult) with water.

For the brave, take neat. If unwell increase to 5 ml – 10 ml every 3-4 hours.

Caution:

Refrigerate after opening. I'm natural, so shake well before use.
